Jim has climbed extensively throughout the UK and Europe, with ascents of many classic rock, ice and alpine routes and is making his Himalayan debut in 2001 with our Raksha Urai Expedition.

Zero Gully, NE Buttress, Green Gully, Comb Gully, Tower Ridge, Glovers Chimney, Patey's, Invernookie, Alladin's Mirror Direct, Broken Gully, Red Gully, Haston Line, Ewan Buttress, Milky Way, Hell's Lum, Staghorn, Center Post Creag Meagaidh and many routes in Glencoe, the Northern Corries and throughout the Highlands.
Mont Blanc Massif:
Rebuffat Route on the Aiguille du Midi, Forbes Arete, Papillon Arete, Mont Blanc from the Midi, Cosmiques Arete, Aiguille du Tour, Midi Plan traverse, Aiguille Argentiere, numerous other alpine classics and high mountain rock routes
Ecrins Massif:
Barre Noire Couloir, Barre des Ecrins, Point Louise NE Ridge and numerous rock routes.
Bernese Oberland:
Jungfrau, NE face Monch, Gross and Hinter Fleisshorn.
